The short version
Three Days shows you a daily summary that your own Claude account writes. The Three Days service stores that summary, an anonymous identifier for you, and the keys that let your app and your Claude connector talk to it. It stores nothing else. There are no ads, no analytics, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs in the app. You can delete everything from inside the app at any time.
Who reads your email, calendar, and messages
Claude does, not Three Days. The scheduled task runs inside your Claude account (operated by Anthropic) using the connectors you attached there. Three Days never receives your credentials for those services and never sees the source material, only the finished summary that Claude publishes through the Three Days connector. Anthropic's handling of that data is governed by Anthropic's privacy policy.
What Three Days stores

The app itself keeps a local copy of the latest summary on your device so it opens instantly and works offline, and stores your keys in the iOS Keychain (synced by iCloud Keychain if you have it on) so a new phone signs in with the same identity.
Where it lives and who can see it
The Three Days service runs on Cloudflare's global network; data is stored in Cloudflare KV and Durable Objects and sent to Apple's push service to reach your devices. No one else receives it. We do not sell or share your data, and we do not use it for anything other than showing you your summary.
Deleting your data
Open Three Days, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This immediately and permanently removes your identifier, summaries, keys, Claude connections, and push registrations from the service. Your Claude scheduled task will simply stop being able to publish; delete it in Claude if you no longer want it. You can also email us at the address below and we will delete the account for you.
Reset this device in Settings only forgets the keys on that one device and leaves your account in place.
Children
Three Days is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
